How to Cook Teju Gobi Manchurian Ingredients
1. Cauliflower
2. Water
3. Oil
4. Chopped capsicum
5. Chopped onion
6. Chopped garlic
7. Chopped ginger
8. Chilly Sauce
9. Tomato Sauce

Cooking Method
1. Take Half litre warm water
2. Mix 1 TSP of Salt
3. Soak The Cauliflower pieces for about 5 to 10 mins
4. Drain out water to wash impurities
5. Take Teju Gobi Manchoori mix
6. Make a paste by adding 100ml water
7. Heat oil in frying pan
8. Dip cauliflower pieces in the paste
9. Fry in medium flame till it turns to golden brown color
10. Keep fried cauliflower aside
11. Heat the pan with 25- 30 ml of oil
12. Add chopped Garlic,Onion,Ginger,Capsicum
13. Fry till it turns to golden brown with tomato & Chilly sauce let it heat
14. Put fried Cauliflower to the pan and mix well
15. Let it set for few minutes
16. Teju Gobi Manchoorian is ready to serve.
